Global manufacturer of cooling systems components for the refrigeration industry Bundy Refrigeration is to cut 120 jobs at its plant located at Borghetto Borbera, in the province of Alessandria.
According to media reports, the company has announced its plans to close 3 out of 4 production lines.
As reported, the trade unions reacted to the company’s decision organising various protest actions and referred to possible relocation plans to Turkey and Eastern Europe (Poland and Hungary).
