Description
Cruiser firm Pullmantur is to dismiss 114 employees in Spain. This amounts to 53% of its entire workforce.
More than 90% of the staff has supported the company’s redundancy procedure (ERE).
Dismissed workers will receive compensation equal to 40 days per year worked, up to a maximum of 24 months.
The company stated that it plans to help dismissed workers with finding re-employment. Forced redundancies may be avoided via voluntary departures.
