Description

Danish retailer Coop, the new owner of the fashion retail brands Cottonfield and Jackpot, is to cut 200 jobs.

As reported, the company plans to close down its 30 shops and operate mainly in the Scandinavian countries. According to media reports, the closure will possibly take place in the first quarter of 2014 and will affect all employees working in the shops and the online retail services.

Cottonfield and Jackpot shops (previously owned by IC Companys) have been operating in Poland since 1991.
