Description
Lufthansa is to cut 199 jobs in its ground handling services at Charles-De-Gaulle airport, Roissy.
This follows the company’s decision to outsource its ground handling operations to a supplier during 2014.
Negotiations with worker representatives about cuts and a social plan will end on February 2014. Unions organised strikes against the job cuts.
Lufthansa group is based in Cologne, Germany. In 2012, it had announced to cut 222 job positions at Euroairport in Bale-Mulhouse.
