Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Engineering group EnerMech has announced plans to create 150 new jobs in Aberdeen and a further 50 at other sites in the UK.
The organisation has announced global expansion plans which include 500 new jobs across the Asia Pacific region, the Middle East, Africa and Norway.
The company specialises in the supply, maintenance and engineering of cranes, lifting, valves and hydraulic equipment, equipment rental and the provision of training and specialist personnel to the energy industry.
