Description

DOW Belgium, subsidiary of the American multinational chemical company DOW, announced plans to close its high density polyethylene facility in Tessenderlo, Belgium. 115 jobs are to be lost.

The closure is part of a global cost-cutting restructuring plan envisaging approx. 2,400 job cuts.

According to the sources the company plans to close the site by 15th December 2012.
