European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Danske Bank, one of the biggest financial services providers in Scandinavia, intends to create 160 new jobs in Vilnius by the end of 2013. According to the management, Danske Bank is expanding the activities of its shared service centre in Lithuania. The total number of employees working at the service centre is supposed to reach 300 units by the end of 2013. Currently Danske Bank shared service centre employs 140 employees.
