European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
On 3 September 2013, the Commercial court of Le Mans decided the liquidation of the private security company MTP and the dismissal of its 128 employees. Its main client, the football club of Le Mans, that was placed in receirvership the 27 August, accounts for 35% - 40% of its turnover. The football club failed to pay 220,000 euros to MTP.
