European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
On 27 August 2013, Gremi group announced its plans to cut 157 jobs in the publishing company Presspublica. The measure is going to be completed by the end of September 2013. Gremi group is the owner of Presspublica (publisher of Polish nationwide newspapers like ‘Rzeczpospolita’, ‘Uważam Rze’ or ‘Przekrój’). The dismissals are part of the larger restructuring programme in Presspublica.
