European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
The brewery Ledenika is to create about 300 new jobs in Mezdra, Bulgaria. The bankrupt company previously employed 700 people and has been recently taken over by the company Litex.
The new owner has expressed the intention to invest in the renovation of the technological equipment. As announced the production will start in March 2014.
