Description
Tulip Limited, a meat processing firm, has announced plans to cut up to 150 jobs after failing to secure a new tender. The redundancies will affect staff from three sites in Boston, Lincolnshire, Kings Lynn in Norfolk and Bodmin in Cornwall, and will be implemented in July 2013. The company said that affected staff will be offered redemployment opportunities in different parts of the business wherever possible. The company has entered a 30-day consultation period.
