Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
On 21st of June 2013, German producer of rotor blades EUROS announced plans to recruit 300 employees at the new unit in Warszowice near Żory (the Silesia Voivodeship). This unit is expected to be operational in July 2013.
EUROS was founded in 1996 in Berlin. The company has been operating in Poland since 1999. In 1999 the first production site was founded in Ustroń (the Silesia Voivodeship) and in 2008 the second one was opened in Warszowice near Żory.
