European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Draexlmaier Romania, a manufacturer of motor vehicle components and part of the German group Draexlmaier, is to create more than 1,000 new jobs. The job creation will take place at the company’s plants in Codlea (354 new jobs) and in Satu Mare (650 new jobs) till the end of the year.
