Description
German engineering company IBS is to create 150 jobs in the former Manroland site in Plauen (Saxony) by the end of 2013. When Manroland filed for insolvency in November 2011, 2,200 employees became redundant (see Manroland 2012), 527 of them in Plauen. The new owner plans to re-employ 150 people by the end of 2013 and a total of 300 within five years. 40 people have already been hired; further 35 will be recruited within the following week.
