Description
On 13 May 2013, the commercial court of Caen (Calvados) approved the takeover of the freight transporter Transports Gringore (231 employees), based in Ifs (Calvados) by STEF Transports and Transport Malherbe. The new owners will maintain 129 positions (Transports Malherbe takes over 66 employees and STEF, 63 within a new subsidiary called “Société frigorifique de Normandie”). Transports Gringoire was liquidated in January 2013. A total of 102 employees are dismissed.
