Description

German engineering company Ferrostaal, a subsidiary of MPC, will cut 175 jobs at its headquarters in Essen (North Rhine-Westphalia). This is due to a cost savings programme.

Ferrostaal employs 480 people in its headquarters and 4,500 people in total. Two years ago, the company had already made 175 workers redundant (see Ferostaal 2011).
