Description
The call center company Sykes Sweden has announced that it will hire 150 people in Kalmar, Sweden. The company is in need of new personnel since the mobile operator Telenor commissioned Sykes to handle Telenor’s Swedish customer service previously this year. The outsourcing will also lead to over 300 redundancies in Karlskrona, see Uniflex-SE2013. The exact timeline for the restructuring is yet to be announced.
