Description
On 3 April 2013, the Commercial Court of Briey (Meurthe-et-Moselle) decided the liquidation of air and spacecraft manufacturer Sky Aircraft. This decision involves 113 job losses. The company that planned to build a light aircraft was placed in receivership in October 2012. The court did not receive any valuable takeover proposal and decided the liquidation with immediate effect.
