European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Dutch tour operator Oad Group, is to cut between 170 and 180 jobs in the coming 18 months. 75 of the job-cuts refer to the headquarters and the rest are due to the closure of 30 of the 180 local shops. As mentioned the main reason for the restructuring is due to the use of new technologies/ internet.

As announced, the restructuring refers to the closure of 25 local branches leading to 106 job cuts and 75 ones at the company's headquarters.
