Description

Centra, the Irish-owned retail chain is expanding its network of stores across Ireland, culminating in the creation of up to 400 new jobs. It is understood that the chain will add 20 new stores to its network.

The opening of new greenfield sites will create 100 new jobs, with the remaining jobs created by store extensions and other independent stores being incorporated into the Centra network. Centra has 458 stores in the Republic. According to the company 75 per cent of its products are produced or sourced in Ireland.
