European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
The Metropolitano de Lisboa (Lisbon underground), will dismiss 180 workers. The dismissals are reported to take place during 2013.
These redundancies are part of a larger restructuring process in Lisbon's public transport sector in an effort to meet the targets set out in the government budget.
