Eniro Sentraali, a provider of contact center services, has announced plans to reduce up to 50 employees at three locations in Finland. The company has initiated mandatory negotiations with employee representatives.
Eniro Sentraali has over 400 employees in Helsinki, Suomussalmi and its central location Kajaani. The company foresees 50 redundancies due to reduced demand by a significant client and has identified 100 employees whose positions are at risk.
The company offers directory, helpdesk and marketing services.
