On 12 February 2013, the Polish manufacturer of transport and hoisting equipment Fabryka Maszyn i Urządzeń FAMAK announced plans to cut up to 160 jobs at the factory in Kluczbork.
The restructuring programme will affect white-collar staff from non-production departments and it aims at improving financial situation of the company through reduction of the debt.
Fabryka Maszyn i Urządzeń FAMAK has been operating for more than 60 years. The company employs 667 people.
