Description

Recticel Automotive, the German subsidiary of the Belgian Recticel Group, announced that it failed to gain new orders to compensate for a lost order by Mercedes. It will have to shut down large parts of its Rheinbreitbach plant.

150 manufacturing jobs will go by 2015. In 2013 temporary workers are set to leave. It is reported that administrative positions will stay, as Rheinbreitbach is the German headquarter of the operations.
