European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
On January the 30th, the French motor carrier company Tala announced the dismissal of its 170 employees. This decision was confirmed by the Court of Appeal of Grenoble on the 20th of February and will affect Tala’s five freight transport subsidiaries (Cylog, Tfkm, Logivrac, PCB and JPA). The CEO denounced this decision as he considered that the group was on the right way to restore its turnover.
