European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
The Wyndeham publishing Group, whose publications include The Economist, will cut more than 100 posts at print plants in Cambridgeshire and Essex. 70 jobs will go in Peterborough and 34 in Maldon. The company blamed falling demand.
The management has been in consultations with staff at its Peterborough and Heron plants.
