The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
The company BMTech, active in the processing of metals, was declared bankrupt. Consequently 134 jobs will be lost.
The company, which dates back to 1882, failed to find a new investor.
