Description
On 28 November 2012, Polish pharmaceutical company Adamed announced plans to cut a further 330 jobs by the end of 2012.
According to reports, 2500 pharmaceutical employees have been recently dismissed in Poland and there are fears that the number could rise to 3000, if there are more dismissals in the first quarter of 2013. The dismissals are attributed to the crisis that has affected pharmaceutical market.
Adamed was founded in 1986. The company has factories in Ksawerów (the Łódź Special Economic Zone) and in Pabianice.
