Description

Construction company Adriaan van Erk Groep announced it will take over BTE, one of the largest producers of concrete in the Netherlands. 220 jobs will be cut at BTE, after extending a restructuring operation that had started in 2011.

Background is the continuing crisis in the Dutch construction market.
