European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
On 29 November 2012 organic food manufacturer Wessanen announced that it will cut 300 jobs, out of a total of 2,200. 190 jobs will be cut at its head office, the remaining 110 are functions in the frozen food division. The measures should result in cost savings of 15 million euros.
