European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Comdata Czech, a subsidiary of the Italian business process outsourcing company, opened a customer centre in Ostrava, where 100 jobs are being created.
The company expects to increase its workforce to 200 employees within the first year of the centre's operation. Telecommunications company Vodafone Czech Republic will be the main service user of Comdata Czech.
Comdata provides contact centers, help desk and back office, as well as credit management services, planning services, technological know-how and skills for the implementation of models and technologies.
