Comdata Czech, a subsidiary of the Italian business process outsourcing company, opened a customer centre in Ostrava, where 100 jobs are being created.
The company expects to increase its workforce to 200 employees within the first year of the centre´s operation. Telecommunications company Vodafone Czech Republic will be the main service user of Comdata Czech.
Comdata provides contact centers, help desk and back office, as well as credit management services, planning services, technological know-how and skills for the implementation of models and technologies.
