Description
On 8 November 2012, producer of bearings Fabryka Łożysk Tocznych in Kraśnik announced plans to cut 176 jobs. The dismissals will have immediate effect, and the implementation will start mid-November
The restructuring is attributed to the general economic slowdown in Poland and a drop in orders.
Fabryka Łożysk Tocznych was founded in 1948 as a state-owned enterprise. In 1995 the company was privatized. The factory currently employs more than 2,000 workers.
