European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Backgården Bygg, a local Swedish construction company in Lidköping, has announced to let go of 41 of the company’s 268 employees. The reason for the reduction is the weakening market and a financial dispute over a significant invoice.
As of November 2012, there is no information about when the reductions will begin or when they will be implemented by.
