Description

Teleperformance, a global company specializing in Customer Experience Management and Contact Centre services, inaugurated in September a new high-tech multilingual hub of 1200-employee capacity.

The new center is located in the highly sought-after ‘Parque das Nações’ area of Lisbon and the company is expected to proceed with the recruitments immediately.

The new “Expo” Teleperformance complex is a Customer Experience Management platform and headquarters, which can serve 40 countries in 24 languages across all channels of communication.
