European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
On 18 October 2012, it was reported that 44 former IhrPlatz drugstores will be taken over by the retail chain Fuer Sie. This will create some 200 jobs at Fuer Sie.
IhrPlatz had to file for insolvency (see here) after its mother company Schlecker went bankrupt in the beginning of 2012 (see here).
