Description

Bpost, the Belgian postal service provider, announced its intention to shortly begin the recruitment of 300 new employees. Bpost is looking to recruit in the sectors of Marketing, IT and mail delivery.

The management and the unions have been negotiating for some time and the announcement comes following strikes that took place the previous week. The workers complained about staff shortages and excessive work pressure. For unions, the management has understood the message and further negotiations will take place in November, with the hope of improving working conditions and further recruitments.
