European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
The state-controlled power generation company Electrocentrale Deva will dismiss 200 employees in 2012, as part of a restructuring programme.
The decision was approved by the Ministry of Economy, Commerce and Business Environment and the affected employees will be offered compensation. Electrocentrale Deva operates under the Ministry of Economy. Furthermore, 100 employees were dismissed a year ago (see here).
