Supermarket chain Morrisons has announced that it is to outsource 165 jobs at its headquarters in Bradford. The company has decided to outsource the financial processing to the Indian firm Wipro.
It is unclear how many jobs will remain in the area and how many may be offshored, but Wipro has said that at least 20 posts will remain in Bradford. Morrisons is still in consultation with staff about the outsourcing.
