European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
On 20 September 2012, Selexyz bookstores announced that they will cut 100 jobs out of total 700.
Selexyz, part of the ProCures group, had recently acquired De Slegte which was on the verge of bankruptcy and is now streamlining the process. The unions have agreed to a social plan.
