Description
Germanos Group of Companies and Wind Hellas, both active in the telecommunication sector, announced a long term cooperation and 100 new job positions are to be created.
They announced a cooperation agreement that will last 15 years and provide the exclusive sale of Wind products and services through Public and Multirama stores owned by Germanos, the exchange of know-how between the networks of the two companies and the issue of new shares. Until 2016, Germanos who has already sold its retail chain to another telecommunications company, Cosmote, will acquire a 10% stake in Wind.
Following this agreement the Germanos management announced the creation of 100 new jobs.
