Description

The road and railway freight transport company Novatrans has been sold by SNCF to Charles André, effective by the first quarter of 2013. The take-over plan will result in the loss of 147 jobs out of a total of 257 employees.

Novatrans has been a subsidiary of the group SNCF. The management of SNCF has announced its intentions to relocate employees within its group.
