Description

VHV (Vereinige Hannoversche Verischerungen), a German insurer based in Hannover, will cut 120 positions out of 2,000. The group employs a total of 2,700 persons in Germany. The company had planned to shed about 180 posts initially but this was lowered to 120 as a result of negotations with the works council.
