Description
Following the closure of Target Express, one of Ireland's road haulage companies, 398 jobs were lost when it ceased operations on August 27th.
The managing director attributed the closure to what he termed the hardline position adopted by the Revenue Commissioners in relation to outstanding financial liabilities.
The Revenue Commissioners declined to comment on the case.
