Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
On 4 September, Eikium, an engeneering consultancy company, has announced it is to recruit 150 engineers and technicians to support its business expansion.
Ekium has recruited 60 employees in 2012 and has a turnover of 41 million euro in 2011. It expect to reach a workforce of 1,000 employees in the next five years.
