Description

Firstsource, a call centre, will create 100 new jobs at its contact centre in Cardiff over the next three to six months. The contact centre provides customer services for satellite broadcaster Sky. Firstsource employs 400 staff following a straight transfer of roles from the previous company working for Sky.
