Description

India-based global business process outsourcing company WNS opened its first Polish unit in Gdynia, where 500 jobs are expected to be created. The company has announced the start of the recruitment process. The company will receive financial public support from the Polish Ministry of Economy, although the size of the grant is still unknown.

It is reported that WNS will in a first step be looking for accounting and financial specialists who have foreign language skills, especially German, Dutch, Swedish, Danish and Finnish. The unit will provide services at least in ten languages, but the center will be particularly focused on German-, Scandinavian- and Russian-speaking customers.

WNS delivers financial and accounting services, carries out research and business analyses and runs customer service centers. WMS employs over 25,000 people in 30 centers.
