Restructuring events
European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Graydon Nederland, part of the Graydon Group and specialized in risk and credit management services, announced that it will cut 74 jobs, out of a total of 275.
The works council has been asked for consultation. A timeline for the restructuring is not yet known.
Background is the disappointing result of the Dutch part of the international group.
