On 12 July 2012, manufacturer of communication equipment, Nokia Siemens Network (NSN) announced plans to expand its Development Centre in Wrocław, Poland, and hire 200 new employees, mainly IT specialists.
This business expansion in Poland comes in a time when Nokia Siemens Networks has announced large scale cuts of a global scale affecting 17,000 jobs (see here).
The development centre in Wrocław was founded in 2000 and today employs 1650 people.
