Description

Włocławek Local Government announced plans to reduce the employment in the local schools by 120 jobs. The dismissals will affect particularly teachers on temporary contracts.

Włocławek Local Government, like other local governments in Poland, is to cut jobs in education due to the "baby bust" phenomenon and the related necessity for public expenditure cuts.

At the moment, Włocławek Local Government employs 2,500 teachers.

The exact timeline for the restructuring is yet to be announced.
