European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Lid, a subsidiary company of civil construction company Ceste Mostovi (CM) Celje, has filed for bankruptcy and will make its 160 employees redundant by the end of July 2012. The job reductions will affect Lid's site in Celje in the Savinjska region.
Lid's main activity is consulting in civil construction and engineering. CM Celje is facing financial problems due to the difficult situation at the Slovenian construction sector. Lid's bankruptcy is part of the internal restructuring programme of CM Celje.
